桜島埠頭 cut its consolidated earnings forecast for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, lowering its revenue and profit forecasts. The full-year forecast was maintained after a review of its handling plan for the second half.
桜島埠頭 cut its consolidated earnings forecast for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027. Revenue was revised from the previous forecast of ¥2.1 billion to ¥2.081 billion, while operating profit was cut from ¥140 million to ¥4 million. Ordinary profit was also reduced from ¥220 million to ¥102 million, and net profit from ¥160 million to ¥78 million. The revisions reflect the deferral into the second half of the arrival of some bulk cargo and the collection of special handling fees related to tank operations for liquid cargo, as well as the recording of related outsourcing expenses in the first half.
The full-year earnings forecast was maintained after a further review of the handling plan and other factors for the second half. Additional information and follow-up announcements are awaited.
