The service provides 24-hour first-line intake by AI. It gives guidance based on information approved by the company and hands cases requiring individual confirmation over to personnel. The inquiry desk is intended for use as a preparedness measure during normal operations, and consultations are also accepted from companies that need to establish a new desk or supplement an existing one.
Advance contracts and registration during normal operations are free, but actual use of the service is chargeable. The scope of provision, fees, launch schedule and other terms will be agreed individually.
