Hmcomm株式会社 announced the launch of a trial of the Emergency AI Inquiry Desk Suite (provisional name), powered by its Voice AI Agent Platform VAAP, to support customer response during emergencies involving information leaks.
The trial will begin on 13 October 2026. AI will provide first-line intake for concentrated inquiries when an information leak or similar incident occurs, with the aim of easing anxiety while companies carry out investigation and recovery work.
As a feature of the new service, the scope of response and terms of provision will be established for each case. The service will assess the time required to open the inquiry desk, response quality, the accuracy of handoffs to personnel and the operational burden.
Going forward, the company plans to reflect the knowledge gained in improvements to intake templates and operating procedures, and to establish a system for rapid and appropriate customer response during emergencies.
