ココナラ will establish the Agent Company on 1 September 2026 and appoint Koide Yasuaki (小出靖明) as its CEO and an Executive Officer. The company will introduce a company-based organizational structure to accelerate decision-making and strengthen its sales organization.
ココナラ will introduce a company-based organizational structure and establish 3 companies. Through this change, it aims to delegate authority across its various business areas, accelerate decision-making and clarify business accountability.
Under the new structure, Koide Yasuaki (小出靖明) has been appointed CEO of the Agent Company and SVP of Sales to lead the growth of the Agent business. He will draw on his experience with large-scale sales organizations to strengthen the sales organization.
After overseeing operations at Rakuten Group and Rakuten Mobile, Koide Yasuaki (小出靖明) was appointed Representative Director in 2025 and joined ココナラ in August 2026. His appointment is intended to drive the expansion of the company’s businesses and the ココナラ ecosystem.
