Polaris Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced that KOKO HOTEL Residence Kita-Ueno, with 39 rooms in total, will open in Kita-Ueno, Tokyo, on 1 February 2027. All rooms will be equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, and the room lineup will include family rooms accommodating up to 4 guests, highlighting the hotel’s convenient access near stations and nearby tourist attractions.
Polaris Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced that KOKO HOTEL Residence Kita-Ueno will open in the Kita-Ueno area. It will be the 6th property under the accommodation brand, and reservations are already being accepted.
There will be 3 room types, ranging from 36.2 to 37.7 square metres. All rooms will feature bunk beds and 4 beds. Standard Family and Comfort Family rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests using a sofa bed.
All rooms will include a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine, as well as cooking utensils, tableware and cutlery. The bathroom, washbasin and toilet will be separate, with stays ranging from several-day sightseeing trips to medium- and long-term accommodation envisaged.
The hotel is approximately a 7-minute walk from Iriya Station on the Hibiya Line and Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line, approximately 10 minutes from the Iriya Exit of JR Ueno Station and approximately 12 minutes from Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express. Tourist attractions including Ueno Park, Senso-ji Temple and Kappabashi Kitchenware Town are also nearby.
