KOKO HOTEL Residence Kita-Ueno in Tokyo’s Kita-Ueno area is scheduled to open on 1 February 2027. Reservations will begin on 2 November 2026. Located between Ueno and Asakusa, the hotel is designed for family stays.
Polaris Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced that it will open KOKO HOTEL Residence Kita-Ueno in Kita-Ueno, located between Ueno and Asakusa. The opening date is 1 February 2027, and reservations will begin on 2 November 2026.
The family-residence-style hotel will have 39 rooms, each measuring at least 36.2 square metres. Each room has 4 beds, and some room types can accommodate up to 5 guests. All rooms include residential amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine, as well as a dining area.
There will be 3 room types: Standard Family, Comfort Family and Moderate Family. All feature 4-bed configurations, including bunk beds. The bathroom, washbasin and toilet are separate, and the rooms are designed for families and groups to stay together.
The hotel is approximately a 7-minute walk from Iriya Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line, approximately 10 minutes from the Iriya Exit of JR Ueno Station and approximately 12 minutes from Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express, providing convenient access.
