GMO Financial Gate raised its consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026 by 1.8% to ¥1.9 billion, adding to its earnings growth forecast. It also raised the year-end dividend from ¥125 to ¥127.
GMO Financial Gate raised its consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026 from ¥1.87 billion to ¥1.9 billion, expanding the projected growth rate from 14.6% to 16.6%. Accordingly, its consolidated net income forecast for the second half was also revised from ¥820 million to ¥850 million.
The company said the revision reflected progress in acquiring merchants through promotional initiatives targeting the SME segment, which also contributed to growth in recurring revenue. Initial revenue exceeded expectations, while an increase in active IDs and growth in payment processing also contributed.
The company also raised its year-end dividend from ¥125 to ¥127, citing its dividend policy and its approach to returning future profits to shareholders. The latest earnings revision reflects an upward revision to the full-year outlook under the previously announced plan.
The company also disclosed that the reason for the revision was that revenue was expected to exceed the previous forecast, and that it had raised its overall earnings outlook, mainly through an upward revision to its second-half profit forecast.
