KI-STAR REAL ESTATE CO.,LTD held its 2027 New Graduate Job-Offer Ceremony at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu on 1 October 2026. More than 200 people received offers this year, a record high, and the ceremony was attended by the company’s directors and executive officers.
Under its management philosophy of “creating rich, enjoyable and comfortable lives,” the company operates a subdivision housing business and a pre-owned housing regeneration business, and is expanding its operations across all 47 prefectures of Japan. The large-scale recruitment reflects the company’s emphasis on securing and developing the human resources needed to support future growth and sustainable growth.
