Wantedly,Inc held Wantedly Awards 2026 on 25 September 2026, recognizing companies with outstanding recruitment records from approximately 40,000 companies. Awards were presented in 4 categories: TEAM OF THE YEAR, CRAFT CATEGORY, BEST EPISODE and PRODUCT EXCELLENCE, with a total of 14 companies receiving awards.
The top honor, GOLD, was awarded to 株式会社ログラス, which was recognized for effectively promoting its Loglass series of AI solutions through the use of Wantedly. Other award-winning companies were also recognized for their unique initiatives in each category.
In addition to GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE, TEAM OF THE YEAR included ROOKIE and LOCAL awards, recognizing companies’ recruitment capabilities, contributions to local communities and level of active use of Wantedly. CRAFT CATEGORY included awards such as MATCH CRAFT, recognizing companies’ creativity in job postings, story creation and scouting.
BEST EPISODE invited recruitment-related stories, and the stories from the top 3 companies were adapted into manga and distributed as a booklet. PRODUCT EXCELLENCE included the Perk Mastery Award and Hire Mastery Award, recognizing the use of employee benefits and recruitment management systems.
