The company will establish a system for awarding shareholder benefit points and redeeming those points. The specified conditions will apply to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of the end of September 2026.
VIS co.ltd. will adopt Digital Benefits Club as it establishes a shareholder benefit program. Digital Benefits Club is a digital shareholder-management platform that combines point-based shareholder benefits with the digitization of shareholder information, and is said to support the maximization of convenience for shareholders and corporate value for companies adopting the platform. Shareholder benefit points can be redeemed for electronic money and points, among other options, and exchanged for carefully selected products through a dedicated website.
Eligible shareholders will be those listed or recorded in the shareholder registry as of the end of September 2026. Thereafter, shareholders listed as of the end of September each year will be eligible. All shareholders holding 2 or more trading units (200 shares) are expected to receive shareholder benefit points.
