Priced at ¥790 for 5 pieces, it features seafood including uni-wrapped sushi, uni nigiri, salmon topped with ikura, chopped purple squid topped with kombu, and red shrimp.
The plate includes uni-wrapped sushi and uni nigiri, as well as salmon topped with ikura, chopped purple squid topped with kombu, and red shrimp. Two types of uni are available: one wrapped in nori and one served as nigiri with the aroma of shiso leaves.
Other premium items will also be offered as part of Kappa Sushi’s Gochi Sushi range. Kappa’s Ultimate Gochi Sushi, from ¥1,290 for 6 pieces, includes items such as otoro and Hokkaido scallops. The lineup also includes Premium Tuna Blissful Trio, from ¥690 for 3 pieces, and Premium Uni Extravaganza, from ¥790 for 3 pieces.
