CyberAgent has raised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026, increasing its operating profit forecast to ¥77 billion. Net sales are projected at ¥950 billion, ordinary profit at ¥78 billion and net profit at ¥41 billion, with strong performance in its 3 core businesses and contributions from new titles cited as the background.
On 7 August, CyberAgent revised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026, raising its operating profit forecast from the previous ¥50 billion–¥60 billion to ¥77 billion. Net sales were set at ¥950 billion, ordinary profit at ¥78 billion and net profit at ¥41 billion. The upward revision was attributed to strong performance in all 3 businesses: Media & IP, internet advertising and gaming.
As a contribution from a new title, the initial performance of Hololive Dreams (Holodori) was described as steady, with favorable early trends following its launch, also contributing to the revision. At the earnings briefing, the company stated that it had achieved profit growth for the first time after the end of the third quarter.
The year-end dividend was raised from ¥19 to ¥20 per share, an increase of ¥3 from the previous fiscal year. Net sales are expected to rise 8.7% year on year to ¥950 billion, while operating profit is expected to increase, reflecting contributions from the core businesses and growth in new titles.
The contribution of new titles, including Holodori, is viewed as central to the company’s growth strategy, even without naming specific titles at the time of the earnings announcement. Alongside shareholder returns, the solid performance of the 3 main businesses was cited as the basis for the upward revision.
