The product combines the thin-baking method used for rice crackers with new-texture technology, using powdered soy sauce and powdered miso as hidden ingredients to recreate the flavor of bacon. It is designed to deliver the rich, fatty savoriness and smokiness of bacon, followed by the kick of black pepper, in a flavor that encourages consumers to keep reaching for more.
