Wantedly has revised its Startup Plan for startups and introduced a new program that allows startups that have completed fundraising to use its recruitment service, Wantedly, at a special price. The revised plan adds a scouting feature and provides intensive support for recruitment activities over 6 months.
Wantedly announced that it has revised its Startup Plan for startups. The plan is available to startups that have received investment from designated institutions, allowing them to use Wantedly's recruitment service at a special price. The aim of the revision is to help startups build their organisational base after fundraising and support proactive recruitment activities.
Under the new plan, users can upgrade to the existing Standard Plan, and a scouting feature has been added that allows companies to approach candidates directly. This establishes a framework for providing intensive support for recruitment activities over 6 months.
The designated institutions include a number of investment institutions, such as ALL STAR SAAS FUND, Angel Bridge and ANOBAKA, meaning that a broad range of startups may be eligible. Companies must have completed fundraising to qualify.
Wantedly said it will continue to provide services that enable companies to realise growth through their recruitment activities. The initiative is positioned as an effort to broaden the path for startups to secure talented personnel more effectively.
