Advantage Risk Management Co.,Ltd. announced that it will hold a web seminar from 14:00 to 15:00 on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. The seminar will be hosted by the company and is intended for staff and managers in personnel, general affairs and labour departments.
The seminar will explain the key points of the revisions to the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as well as the practical measures companies need to address. It will also explain relevant systems and subsidies and present company case studies. 東海東京フィナンシャル・ホールディングス and the company are scheduled to present their initiatives as participating companies.
The second half of the session will include a question-and-answer segment and discuss ways to establish work-life balance support measures in the workplace. The seminar will be streamed via the Zoom web conferencing tool, and attendance is free.
