The company was established in 1993 and, on 28 July 2023, became the first independent testing company to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. It has continued to expand its business since listing, opening a Kumamoto Office in 2024 to strengthen its presence in the Kyushu region.
Its business features include providing outsourced evaluation services in reliability evaluation, laser processing of substrates in fine processing, and services related to genetic testing, surface treatment processing and quasi-drugs in its Other business.
