SERAKU Co.,Ltd. to provide end-to-end support for businesses adopting AI using SoftBank Corp.'s AI platform

SERAKU Co.,Ltd. joined the AGENTIC STAR Integration Partner Alliance, a partner program promoting the implementation and use of SoftBank's business AI platform, AGENTIC STAR, and began collaborating with SoftBank on 22 October 2026. Drawing on its expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing and AI, SERAKU Co.,Ltd. will establish a structure to provide companies with end-to-end support for AI adoption, from planning through operations and maintenance.

The arrival of the first year of AI agent implementation and a shortage of skilled personnel have been identified as key issues. As of 2026, the shortage of personnel capable of implementing AI is expected to have become more acute, with a domestic shortfall of 120,000 people projected by 2030. In response to these conditions, SoftBank launched the partner program in September of the same year and is strengthening its partnerships with companies including SERAKU Co.,Ltd.

SERAKU Co.,Ltd.'s 4 main areas of support are organizing business issues and selecting areas for AI utilization, designing, developing and implementing AI environments using a platform development foundation, maintenance and improvement after implementation, and an FDE service that dispatches engineers to customer sites. AGENTIC STAR enables the secure and efficient development of AI agents through the flexible use of multiple LLMs and SDKs and APIs.

Going forward, SERAKU Co.,Ltd. aims to transform itself into an AI solutions company and plans to strengthen the development and supply of AI implementation personnel while establishing a Japan-style FDE model. The company aims to accumulate implementation examples for AGENTIC STAR, build expertise in the use of industry-specific AI agents, and provide advanced business automation solutions.
