IBJ Members, operated by IBJ, achieved a 100% mention rate in a generative AI industry survey of marriage agencies recommended in AI responses, and was ranked first with an average appearance rank of 1.4. The survey was conducted over 10 days from 17 to 30 September 2026, using ChatGPT and Gemini. The same questions were submitted to both AIs three times a day, and the companies appearing in the responses were tallied.
According to the results, IBJ Members was highly evaluated for its extensive support, reflected in a 100% appearance rate, and for the number of members and range of potential matches, reflected in a rate of 68.3%. Evaluation information from third-party media was also reflected as a basis for the AI responses. IBJ cited its support system, which provides comprehensive assistance through engagement, as a factor in the evaluation.
The company provides consistent support from introductions through engagement through dedicated counselors. It is reportedly the case that approximately 91% of members who leave after marrying do so within one year. The company conducts rigorous membership screening, and reportedly has many members who have submitted proof of identity, income and educational background. Both the quality and quantity of potential matches were evaluated.
