EL FARO targets land plots of approximately 40 to 80 tsubo and develops rental apartments using wall-type reinforced concrete construction. EL FARO Minami-Azabu, completed in April 2025, has home IoT installed in every unit, allowing hot-water and lighting controls via an app.

LOS ARCOS is the flagship model for high-value, newly built, whole-building investment apartments. The sale of the first property, LOS ARCOS Sendagi, was completed in April 2026. The model is designed for projects of ¥1 billion or more and seeks to improve residential functionality by incorporating elevators and balconies.
In addition to the 3 brands, the rental business is working to eliminate vacancies and maintain high occupancy by using AI valuation, market-based rent setting and a brokerage network in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The construction division works with a dedicated general contractor to integrate design and construction, and also operates a subsidiary that provides locally focused property management services.
