MATCH CRAFT recognizes companies that use Wantedly features in their recruitment activities and post openings that lead to the greatest number of connections. 冒険社プラコレ was recognized for contributing to the creation of opportunities for people to connect.
Tetsuya Ogura (小倉哲也), representative director of the winning company, said that experiences of people connecting with one another through Wantedly lead to corporate growth, and indicated that the company will continue to emphasize the cycle between recruitment activities and organizational development.
冒険社プラコレ operates the PLACOLE&DRESSY brand and promotes values-based recruitment using social media and Wantedly.
