Huawei Japan has opened the HUAWEI Official Service Center in Kanda-Sudacho as Japan’s first directly operated comprehensive after-sales service center. It is reportedly running a limited-time campaign offering free service fees to the first 100 customers through 31 October.
On 23 October 2026, Huawei Japan opened the HUAWEI Official Service Center in Kanda-Sudacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The directly operated comprehensive after-sales service center is staffed by specialists and handles repair requests, software support and consultations on how to use products, according to reports.
The store displays 4 new smartwatch models and 2 earphone models announced on 21 October. In addition to repairs, it offers face-to-face technical consultations and operating guidance. No products will be sold, but services including hands-on trials, trade-ins and laser engraving are also available.
A limited-time campaign has been launched to mark the opening. The first 100 customers from 23 October through 31 October will receive free service fees, and a 3-day “HUAWEI Service Day” is scheduled for each month from November onward. A separate campaign offering 30% off the GT 7 series when customers trade in an existing device has also been announced.
On the first day of operations, President He Lei (賀磊) and others reportedly gave greetings and announced a policy centered on the principle that “excellent products require excellent service” as one of 3 initiatives. The center is located on the first floor of the Sudacho Building at 1-3-1 Kanda-Sudacho. It is a 3-minute walk from Ogawamachi Station Exit A3, and is open from 10:00 to 19:00, with Thursdays as regular holidays.
