The Easy-Flip Clear Folder, a universal-design clear folder created to address minor usability issues, will be rolled out nationwide from late October 2026. Its user-focused design includes an open-edge structure that provides a place for a finger along the entire side.
NAKABAYASHI CO.,LTD. will begin rolling out the Easy-Flip Clear Folder nationwide from late October 2026. The clear folder uses a universal design intended to be easy for everyone to use.
Instead of the semicircular finger notch normally found at the upper right of a clear folder, the product uses an open-edge structure that allows users to place a finger anywhere along the entire side. There is no need to locate a notch, and the opening point is easy to identify by touch, making the design easier to use for people with visual impairments or limited dexterity.
The product also features rounded corners on all 4 corners and a 0.2 mm-thick PP sheet. These features reduce snagging on hands and bags and make it easier to insert and remove documents.
The folder is A4 size, measuring 310 × 220 mm. The lineup includes product numbers for packs of 5, 10, 50 and 100. It will be launched nationwide from late October 2026.
