On 1 January 2027, the current コーチ・エィ will change its corporate name and transition to a holding company structure. Preparatory Company 1 will change its corporate name from Preparatory Company 1 to コーチ・エィ, and Preparatory Company 2 will change its corporate name from Preparatory Company 2 to COACHEX, with their respective representatives determined.
The group aims to expand its market presence and strengthen its branding through organizational transformation. It will separate business execution from management functions to accelerate decision-making and optimize capital allocation. It also plans to establish sales structures by customer segment and promote talent development.
Under the new structure, コーチ・エィ and COACHEX will oversee their respective business areas and provide services tailored to the needs of their respective customers. コーチ・エィ will focus primarily on organizational development for the management of large enterprises, while COACHEX will offer AI coaching, coach development, training and other services.
The corporate name changes and establishment dates for the new companies are as follows: Preparatory Company 1 will change its corporate name to コーチ・エィ, and Preparatory Company 2 will change its corporate name to COACHEX, with the dates being 1 January 2027 and 1 October 2026, respectively. Uchimura So (内村創) and Ito Kotaro (伊藤光太郎) will serve concurrently or be newly appointed as representatives.
