BALNIBARBI revised its consolidated forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026 downward, now expecting a decline in profit. Revenue is expected to remain nearly flat, while operating profit and net profit are projected to fall significantly.
After the close of trading on the 28th, BALNIBARBI revised its consolidated forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026, lowering its projections to revenue of ¥15.076 billion, operating profit of ¥368 million and net profit of ¥92 million. The company maintained its forecast for revenue growth from the previous fiscal year, but now expects a significant deterioration in profitability.
The main factors were the restaurant business continuing to outperform plan, while recognition of revenue from real estate held for sale was pushed back to the following fiscal year. In addition, higher personnel costs, payment-related expenses and system usage fees, along with adverse weather, weighed on earnings.
