サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人 announced after the market close on 28 September that it had revised up its ordinary profit forecast for the current period and increased the distribution to ¥2,787.
Ordinary profit for the 9th fiscal year ending January 2027 is expected to be revised up 2.3% from the previous estimate of ¥2.02 billion to ¥2.07 billion. Ordinary profit was ¥1.9 billion in the previous fiscal year, and the forecast growth rate is expected to expand from 6.3% to 8.7%.
In line with strong performance, the company announced plans to increase the distribution from ¥2,732 to ¥2,787. The distribution was ¥2,637 in the previous fiscal year.
