ファインズ announced its full-scale entry into the HR business. It will expand its human resources operations through M&A and transition to a comprehensive DX and HR support company supporting SMEs by integrating video DX with digital and physical services, positioning this as a “second founding phase.”
ファインズ announced on 29 September 2026 its policy of making a full-scale entry into the HR sector. In addition to its existing DX business, it will transition to a “comprehensive DX support company” combining recruitment services and recruitment process outsourcing. This will create an organisational structure built on two pillars: digital support centred on video DX and physical human resources support.
On the same day, 3 initiatives to strengthen the human resources field as part of the group strategy were announced. ① To make a full-scale entry into the HR business, オルプラ and Nexil will be grouped together. The companies’ combined expertise, with monthly contact with more than 10,000 jobseekers, and their nationwide sales network of 7 locations will be utilised. ② Establishment of the new company “Yokスル” is scheduled for 6 October 2026. ③ A structure will be established to provide one-stop responses to the management challenges of SMEs from both digital and physical perspectives.
ファインズ’ business comprises marketing DX centred on video, DX consulting, subscription-based services, and group recruitment and recruitment process outsourcing services. As of the end of May 2026, it is said to have a strong track record in Japan, with 25,000 customers and more than 12,000 companies using its video production services.
