Tanabe Consulting Group has begun offering AI Management Implementation Consulting, a service that provides end-to-end support from AI implementation through organizational adoption, in partnership with JAPAN AI Co., Ltd., which provides an AI platform for businesses. Targeting approximately 50,000 mid-sized companies, the initiative aims to embed AI in both management and frontline operations to improve productivity and drive operational transformation. Against a backdrop of increasingly severe labor shortages, the service systematizes and delivers know-how for AI-native management amid a trend toward prioritizing the sustained adoption of AI in frontline operations.
The service provides practical support for organizational adoption across 4 phases: “learn,” “try,” “use” and “expand.” It guides companies from learning basic knowledge and security risks through training, to organizing operational issues and determining use cases, designing and developing AI agents, and rolling them out across the organization. JAPAN AI, the platform used by the service, has obtained ISMS and PrivacyMark certifications, supports multiple LLMs, and is designed so that confidential information is not used for training.
The service promotes the use of AI agents to support the sustainable growth of mid-sized companies. It plans to hold seminars at 9 venues nationwide in November 2026 under the theme “Making generative AI a force for management and the frontline.” Drawing on a track record of supporting more than 22,100 companies since its founding and the strength of its team consulting model, the company has indicated a policy of embedding AI in management decision-making and organizational culture as well.
