JTP has launched the new “AI OCR Web” feature for its generative AI solution. AI reads paper and PDF documents, organizes the contents by item and converts them into data.
JTP株式会社 began offering the new “AI OCR Web” feature as part of its AI integration service, “Third AI Generative AI Solution,” on 21 October 2026. AI OCR Web is presented as a function that goes beyond the conventional reliance on templates, converting a wide range of documents into “AI Ready” data.
By combining generative AI’s “eyes” and “brain,” AI OCR Web reads documents such as paper and PDF invoices, quotations and application forms without prior configuration, organizes their contents by meaning and converts them into data that can be used in business operations. The system is designed to allow users to review and correct the results, with the aim of ensuring accuracy.
The listed features include, in addition to the conventional process of selecting a template after uploading a document, the ability to create a proposed template from a sample document, a screen layout that makes it easier to review and correct documents alongside the original, splitting settings and a range of output formats, including CSV, JSON and Markdown.
Since 2023, Third AI has supported security by providing generative AI in a single-tenant configuration within its own cloud environment. It has continued to expand its offering to include RAG-based functions and AI agent functions, supporting the digitization of companies’ business processes.
