ALSOKジョイライフ released the results of its investigation on 1 October into the external unauthorized access it disclosed on 31 July. The information that may have been viewed was personal information, including the whereabouts of 134 residents of ベルパージュ奈良あやめ池, a senior residence.
On 4 July, ALSOKジョイライフ disclosed that external unauthorized access to a company device and unauthorized remote operation had been identified. It subsequently confirmed, as a result of its investigation, that some personal information may have been viewed.
The information that may have been viewed includes the whereabouts, user codes, names, phonetic spellings, genders, dates of birth, room numbers, details of reception services, move-in and move-out dates, and contract and cancellation dates of 134 current and former residents of ベルパージュ奈良あやめ池.
