The Brown Multi Fry 3 HF3030JBK non-fryer has been announced for its first launch in Japan, with a launch date of 5 November and a direct sales price of ¥17,820. The basket has a capacity of approximately 4.3L, the external dimensions are 26.5 × 36.5 × 30cm, and power consumption is 1,200W.
The appliance uses RealAir Technology, which circulates ultra-hot air with a high-speed fan to envelop the food in hot air, producing a crisp exterior while keeping the interior juicy. It can cook food while reducing oil, and is said to cut fat content by up to 90% compared with potatoes.
The appliance reaches the set temperature quickly without preheating. The approximately 4.3L basket and inner rack have a non-stick coating that makes them resistant to soiling, and are dishwasher-safe. The automatic cooking programs comprise frozen fries, potatoes, chicken, meat, fish, vegetables, cake and reheating, for a total of 8 programs. Manual adjustment is available for temperatures from 80 to 200°C and cooking times from 1 to 60 minutes.
