セプテーニ・ホールディングス won the Grand Prix at “Digital HR Competition 2026,” hosted by the People Analytics & HR Technology Association. The final will be held on 16 October 2026, and the company’s initiative, “From 1/100 to 1/1: Achieving in-house year-round recruitment through digital marketing and people analytics,” was highly evaluated.
The initiative combines digital marketing expertise with people analytics insights known as “HaKaSe.” By gaining a deeper understanding of relationships with prospective candidates in advance, it aims to create a structure that enables the company to approach candidates directly at the appropriate time. Through this approach, the company seeks to balance recruitment costs with the quality of its hires.
The person in charge said the company had been working to build a recruitment structure that turns chance encounters into successful placements, in response to the social issue of reducing mismatches between candidates and roles. Following the award, the company plans to demonstrate more broadly the effectiveness of its in-house year-round recruitment model.
The official release includes a summary of the award highlights, the company’s future outlook and comments from the person in charge, along with an overview of its business and contact details.
