SHIFT has been selected as a finalist in the large-company division of the corporate sector at the GenAI HR Awards 2026. The final judging is scheduled for 11 November 2026 at NexTech Week at Makuhari Messe.
SHIFT announced that it had been selected as a finalist in the large-company division of the corporate sector at the GenAI HR Awards 2026, organised by the Generative AI Promotion and Adoption Association (GUGA). The finalists advanced through the first and second rounds of judging and will proceed to the final judging.
The awards recognise initiatives related to human capital strategies with the aim of realising a society in which people and generative AI work together. Examples from the corporate, education and public sectors are judged. SHIFT's initiative was evaluated as an effort in human resources development and organisational transformation centred on the use of generative AI.
The final judging will take place on 11 November 2026 as part of NexTech Week 2026 at Makuhari Messe. Winners, including the grand prize in each division, are scheduled to be decided following presentations and question-and-answer sessions by the finalist companies.
The official website and organiser's announcement have disclosed details of SHIFT's selection as a finalist. The company says it will continue to share widely its initiatives contributing to the development of generative AI adoption and human capital management.
