SynapXion has officially launched Assessment Pro, a three-step consulting tool supporting AI adoption by Japanese companies. The tool automates the process from assessing the current state through initiative planning, shortening a process that previously took several weeks to as little as 1 business day.
SynapXion, a new company established in April 2026, announced that it will launch Assessment Pro, an assessment tool designed to accelerate AI adoption, as its first product from 7 September 2026. By turning the process into a software tool, the company aims to automate current-state assessments and the formulation of priority initiatives, enabling customer companies to accelerate their use of AI and business growth while reducing costs.
Assessment Pro focuses on assessments and gap analysis, automatically generating initiative lists and execution plans based on an As-Is analysis of the entire company, including Quick Wins, medium-term initiatives and long-term initiatives. Tasks previously performed manually by consultants can be completed through online responses alone, enabling initial assessments and initiative planning to be delivered in as little as 1 business day.
The company has identified services, products and alliances as the three pillars of its growth strategy, and plans to expand its accompanying consulting services and suite of tools while building a collaborative ecosystem with other companies. The main service offerings are the Standard and Enterprise versions, with a Trial version available free of charge.
The release underscores SynapXion’s intention to lead AI adoption among Japanese companies as a subsidiary of Speee, as well as its emphasis on a pace aligned with practical needs in the workplace. Attention will focus on future feature expansion and pricing developments.
