セントラル総合開発 revised its forecast for net income in its consolidated results for the six months ended September 2026, from a previously projected profit to a loss. Its full-year earnings forecast remains unchanged from the previous announcement.
In an earnings revision released after the market close on 23 October 2026, セントラル総合開発 disclosed that its forecast for consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter (April-September) of the current fiscal year had changed from the previously projected profit to a loss.
Under the revised forecast, sales for the period are expected to fall below the previous forecast, resulting in downward revisions to forecasts for operating profit, ordinary profit and interim net income attributable to owners of the parent. However, the full-year net profit forecast remains unchanged at the previously announced ¥400 million.
Under the new cumulative second-quarter figures, sales were revised from the previous forecast of ¥21,000 million to ¥18,346 million. Operating profit was revised from ¥600 million to ¥407 million, ordinary profit from ¥190 million to ¥11 million, and net income from ¥100 million to a ¥7 million loss.
The company said that lower-than-expected condominium sales in its real estate sales business caused sales to fall below forecast, citing this as the reason for the revision. No changes have been made to the full-year earnings forecast at this time.
