Arent Group company アサクラソフト launched 「使えるくらうどAI」, a business system for small and midsize construction companies, on 1 November 2026. Its new features include AI-OCR that reads estimates and invoices, and a chatbot that answers questions about how to use the system. The aim is to reduce the burden of data entry and inquiries in day-to-day operations.
As background to the development, the company outlined a policy of improving efficiency by applying AI to operational issues such as estimating and cost management. After joining the Arent Group, アサクラソフト incorporated methods for using AI tools and operational expertise and advanced development in-house. This release is positioned as the outcome of these efforts.
The main AI features are AI-OCR for estimates, AI-OCR for invoices, and a chatbot that allows users to ask AI questions from within the system. None of these features is intended to add new tasks to existing operations. Instead, the aim is for AI to provide support within the flow of day-to-day work.
In addition to helping with tool use, Arent expanded the areas that アサクラソフト can develop itself by supporting the implementation of the Auth0 authentication platform and sharing development expertise. Development speed improved substantially from the previous level. The company indicated that work previously assumed to require roughly 40 to 50 months was achieved in about 6 months this time.
