J-Stream’s consolidated subsidiary ビッグエムズワイ has entered into a business alliance with an overseas literature service provider and will jointly begin offering a content utilization support service using AI Persona Doctors for pharmaceutical companies in October.
The alliance involves structuring MR meeting records accumulated in CRM systems using AI, extracting physicians’ interests, concerns and prescribing barriers, and then building an interactive AI agent called “AI Persona Doctor.” AI Persona Doctor is not a real individual, but is generated as a fictional physician profile based on trends identified from meeting records.
Under the division of responsibilities, ビッグエムズワイ will handle the production and implementation of CRM content, UI/UX design, and the integration and analysis of omnichannel data. The overseas literature service provider will handle content planning based on generative AI applications and product strategy, as well as tactical and message design. The service is intended for pharmaceutical companies’ product marketing, digital marketing and sales departments. It can be used for a trial covering 1 drug product and 1 project, with pricing individually quoted.
The company has a track record of supporting video utilization for 1,200 companies and more than 10,000 projects annually, and aims to expand AI utilization services in the pharmaceutical sector through the alliance.
