Launched a support service for pharmaceutical companies that generates AI physician personas based on MR interview records. Trials for 1 formulation and 1 project are also available.
Big M's Way, a consolidated subsidiary of J-Stream, and an international literature service provider signed a business partnership agreement and announced the launch in the same month of an “AI Physician Persona and Content Utilisation Support Service” for pharmaceutical companies. The target users are product marketing, digital marketing and sales departments at pharmaceutical companies.
The service uses AI to structure primary information, including MR interview records, and extract physicians' interests, concerns and potential barriers to prescribing. It then models fictional AI physician personas by combining trends extracted from interview records, without reproducing any real individuals.
Marketing personnel can interact with the AI physician personas to validate physicians' interests and ways of thinking required for product strategy and content creation. They can also upload PDFs of promotional materials and discuss their contents. Physician profiles are generated from primary information updated daily, enabling validation by type.
The service covers the process from organising primary information through building AI physician personas and supporting their use and validation in the field. Big M's Way will serve as the contact point. Trials for 1 formulation and 1 project are available, with pricing quoted individually.
