Sapeet has established a new outcome-led AX execution organization, SAPEET AX SDO. It has launched an operating structure that integrates everything from strategy formulation, design and implementation through operations, moving away from a development model centered on PoCs.
Against a backdrop of AI adoption PoCs failing to generate sufficient results, Sapeet has launched a new organization, SAPEET AX SDO. The organization designs AX execution around the creation of outcomes and has established a structure in which a single team handles strategy, business process design, implementation and operations.
The new organization uses a delivery model that feeds data from actual operations back into strategy on an ongoing basis, helping narrow the distance between management and frontline operations. It is also building a structure capable of driving cross-functional projects at Japanese companies and supporting them through production deployment and the establishment of operational practices.
Imai Daigo (今井 大吾), who oversees the design and execution of SAPEET AX SDO, said that the distance between management and frontline operations determines whether transformation succeeds, and explained that the organization aims to provide the shortest route to making AX its own.
