The “WEAR New-Feature Experience Event: Matching Room by ZOZO SPECIAL EVENT” was held on 15 September. Visitors experienced the new feature and viewed styling examples covering all 28 fashion-core types. WEARISTA members and others attended, and the event allowed visitors to try the new features, including fashion-core assessments and sample styling.
In a visitor survey, 92.5% said that the “today's best outfit recommendation” was helpful, while 83.8% said that the quality of the generated sample outfits was good. A further 88.1% said that being able to visualize how the sample outfits would look when worn increased their desire to buy. There were 80 respondents in total.
The new “Matching Room by ZOZO” feature provides an integrated experience covering assessment, recommendations, explanations, virtual try-on and purchase. The assessment derives a direction from 28 fashion-core types. Recommendations are based on assessment results and item information, while virtual try-on allows users to check how outfits look when worn.
