KLab HOMMA Middle East opened a KH Living office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in August to coincide with the launch of KH Living, a joint venture established for its Middle East business. In connection with the office opening, the company visited the region and held a series of meetings with government officials, real estate agents, private bankers and others, including His Highness Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi, a member of the ruling family of Ras Al Khaimah, to deepen its understanding of the Middle East market.
KH Living aims to develop living spaces that incorporate a residential operating system for the luxury housing and resort development markets and provide new residential experiences through HOME AI. The visit was intended to mark the office opening and deepen understanding of the market, including by identifying the regulatory environment and local needs.
KLab has stated its policy of promoting the Middle East rollout of BII, its residential operating system, from KH Living as a base, and aims to build a network of a broad range of partners, including members of royal families, government officials, developers and private bankers. It will establish a global business platform with a view to providing automated control functions tailored to local needs.
His Highness Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi, chairman of ST Group, said he viewed the potential for collaboration with Japanese companies positively and expected new possibilities from combining the growth potential of the Middle East market with technology.
