NS Solutions announced on the 28th that it had entered into a strategic partnership agreement in Japan with US-based Anthropic. The companies will promote the development of a platform that integrates with AI agents and the modernization of legacy systems.
NS Solutions (NSSOL) has entered into a strategic partnership with US-based Anthropic, the first such partnership in Japan for a user-affiliated systems integrator.
NSSOL will combine Anthropic's AI technology with its own business expertise to build a platform that uses AI agents to connect data and processes dispersed across multiple organizations and systems.
The company aims to realize an AI-native world in which information assets accumulated by companies and changes in the business environment are converted into explicit knowledge that AI can understand as real-time data, generating new insights together with business processes that leverage AI.
To eliminate the technical debt of core systems in Japan and support their modernization so that AI can be used after migration, NSSOL will use Anthropic's Claude Code to diagnose systems and develop migration plans.
NSSOL also plans to offer a headless ERP that integrates with AI agents as a new core system, and said it intends to deploy the technology across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing.
