Schoo announced an additional AI role-play feature, while Shikoku Bank surged on reports of a three-bank regional lender merger. PowerX delivered a battery storage system to DAIWA HOUSE INDUSTRY, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries rose after Iwai Cosmo initiated coverage, and Exedy's holding ratio declined.
Schoo announced the addition of an “AI role-play” feature that allows users to practice workplace conversations with AI. The feature covers situations such as one-on-one meetings and reporting, sharing information and consultation, with AI providing feedback and recommending related courses. The company said the combination of video-based learning and conversation practice will support practical workplace applications.
Shikoku Bank surged. Reports on merger discussions involving 3 regional banks were viewed as a catalyst, while the 10-year government bond yield remaining above 3% was also seen as a factor. The reports said that Iwate Bank, Aomori Michinoku Bank under Procrea Holdings, and Akita Bank had begun merger discussions, prompting views that buying in regional-bank names such as Tsukuba Bank, The Kita-Nippon Bank, and Fukui Bank had resumed.
PowerX surged. The company announced that DAIWA HOUSE INDUSTRY had delivered 4 battery storage systems, each called “Mega Power 2700A,” for a grid-connected storage facility in Kurate. The systems are scheduled to be connected to the DREAM Storage Battery Fukuoka Kurate Grid Storage Facility, which has begun operating as a high-voltage storage facility in the Kyushu region.
Exedy continued to decline. City Index Eleventh's holding ratio decreased, with its ownership ratio falling from 9.11% to 7.98%.
