Daihatsu announced a partially updated model of the Mira e:S. Equipment and grade configurations were revised, including the addition of a smart dashcam installation upgrade pack for all vehicles and the new X “Limited” grade.
Daihatsu announced a partially updated model of the Mira e:S and introduced a new “Smart Dashcam Installation Upgrade Pack” for all vehicles, allowing the stereo camera used for Smart Assist to function as a dashcam. This enables forward-facing video to be recorded without retrofitting additional equipment.
The grade lineup was revised around the former core X grade, with a new X “Limited” grade added. Keyless entry, push-button start, heated seats, seat lifters, tilt steering, automatic air conditioning and power-folding door mirrors were organized as standard equipment.
Meanwhile, the sub-¥1 million business-oriented B “SA III” and top-end G “SA III” grades were removed from the catalog. Ceramic Green Metallic and Grace Brown Crystal Mica were added as new body colors.
The new Mira e:S is offered in 3 grades, all with 2WD and 4WD variants. Prices range from ¥1,096,700 for the L (2WD) to ¥1,507,000 for the X “Limited” (4WD). The lineup supports choices ranging from an entry-level focus to greater comfort, depending on the intended use.
