The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the fiscal year ended March 2026, results were supported by growing demand for DX initiatives and the renewal of legacy systems, increased orders in areas including the automotive, financial and insurance sectors, and improvements in order acquisition and contract pricing. On the other hand, selling, general and administrative expenses increased due to stepped-up hiring, investment in training, wage improvements and office environment upgrades. The forecast for lower net income in the fiscal year ending March 2027 does not include the corporate tax credit under the tax incentive for wage increases that was available in the fiscal year ended March 2026.
