The Group’s principal business is comprehensive building services, which it operates through 8 subsidiaries and 9 affiliated companies. Its main operations include cleaning services, facility maintenance and management, security services, construction-related operations, and other repair, maintenance and management work. The Group’s major affiliated companies include ビステム・クリーン, 共和防災設備, 関東消防機材, 協栄ビル管理, ハリマライフサポート, TECサービス, アイワサービス, 武蔵野通信, モマ神奈川パートナーズ, グリーンファシリティーズ瀬谷, アートプレックス戸塚, 神奈川スポーツコミュニケーションズ, ヨコハマしんこうパートナーズ, HOR会館2PFI, 第二期霞が関R7 and 東京シアトリエ. Through these business lines, the Group provides cleaning services for public facilities, office buildings, retail stores and medical facilities; facility maintenance, monitoring and security services; periodic inspections of elevators, air-conditioning systems and fire-protection equipment; repair and maintenance work; and outsourced management and operations, including hotel room preparation, reception, telephone exchange and condominium management. As an important qualitative matter and recent area of focus, the Group has announced its Long-Term Vision 2026-2035. In April 2024, it announced a new medium-term management plan centered on 4 initiatives through fiscal 2035: expanding its business areas, developing new businesses, expanding its overseas operations and pursuing active M&A. The plan is positioned as a roadmap toward fiscal 2035. For the first year of the next consolidated fiscal year, the Group forecasts net sales of ¥32 billion, operating profit of ¥1.3 billion, ordinary profit of ¥1.5 billion and profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥1.0 billion, based on the prioritization of strategic investment.
