Our company, 株式会社カラダメディカ and Marubeni Corporation entered into an agreement to establish a new company on 8 June 2022 and established 株式会社LIFEM on 1 July 2022. Through a joint venture funded 51% by 株式会社カラダメディカ, 40% by Marubeni Corporation and 9% by our company, the companies are promoting the development and provision of femtech services for corporations and local governments addressing the health issues of working women.
