Sustainability risks and opportunities managed by the Management Committee and Board of Directors

「When sustainability-related risks or opportunities are identified in any business division, they are reported to the Management Committee. Chaired by the representative director and composed mainly of internal directors and senior management, the Management Committee is administered by the Corporate Planning Department. The committee actively exchanges views on reported matters and discusses responses. Matters that could have a material impact on the business are also reported to the Board of Directors, whose members provide their views, which are fed back to subsequent Management Committee meetings.
