The Group is a multimedia enterprise centered on terrestrial and BS broadcasting, with businesses spanning anime and streaming, shopping, and other areas. Its principal segments are the Terrestrial and BS Broadcasting Business, the Anime and Streaming Business, and the Shopping and Other Businesses. The Group operates through a structure comprising 15 consolidated subsidiaries and 5 affiliated companies. While maintaining terrestrial and BS broadcasting as its core, the Group is strengthening its anime- and streaming-focused intellectual property business and securing diversified revenue through its shopping and other businesses. Over the longer term, it aims to grow as a global IP media company, with the global distribution of its content as a central element of its growth strategy. The new corporate philosophy, comprising its purpose and mission and formulated to mark the 60th anniversary of its launch in April 2024, together with “TV Tokyo VISION2035,” serves as the Group’s medium- to long-term guiding framework. The Group is promoting the global expansion of its content by leveraging IP and digital technologies.
