The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The relocation will address the aging of the current building and the increasingly complex warehouse flow resulting from successive expansions. The single-story layout and simplified flow will improve warehouse operating efficiency and productivity, allowing the company to focus more on sales activities and expand its market share in southern Kyushu. The project also aims to improve the working environment by enhancing insulation in the ambient-temperature warehouse and installing air conditioning, while reducing environmental impact through solar power generation.
