「2025年3月期は、露光技術（Direct Imaging）や電気検査技術（O/S検査）で２つの新製品を市場に投入し、インターポーザー等に関連する先端分野向けで受注を拡大することに成功しました。また、有機ＥＬ用蒸着マスクの開発で培った技術を応用し、アドバンストパッケージ用の電気検査治具(マイクロプローブ)を開発し、2026年3月期から本格的な販売を開始する予定です。」
